It depends on the scope. A Vendor and Supplier Review or Internal Communication Audit typically takes three to five weeks. A Business Model Redesign, given the depth of analysis and workshop facilitation involved, usually runs six to ten weeks. We provide a clear timeline upfront.

Every engagement produces a documented report with findings, recommendations, and a prioritised action list. For the Business Model Redesign, you also receive the redesigned model with implementation pathways and risk considerations. All deliverables are presented in a walkthrough session.

Yes. We include a follow-up session 30 days after delivery at no additional cost. If you need extended implementation support or periodic check-ins beyond that, we're happy to discuss a tailored arrangement.
